Aaloo Bukaharay Ki Chutney

Ingredients

Plum/Aaloo bukhara 1/2 kg

Sugar 1 pao

Red chilli 1 tsp

All spices powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Vinegar 2 tbsp

Melon seeds (chaar maghaz) 1 tbsp


Cooking Directions

1. Boil aalu bukhara in 2 glass of water and cook until slight dry.

2. Add sugar, salt, melon seeds, All spices powder and vinegar.

3. Let it cool and fill in a jar.


Ingredients: Sugar 700-800g Dried plum 1/2 kg
Water 1 glass
Skinless Almonds 50g
Chahar Magaz (Pumpkin seeds) 2 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder
1teaspoon Procedure:
Soak plum in water for 1 hour.
In the same water cook plum with sugar and spices till required thickness is obtained.
Add almonds and pumpkin seeds and cook for another 5 minutes.
Delicious Plum Chutney is ready. Cool and serve.
Ingredients Method
Dried plum 250 gm 1. Soak dried plum in 2 cup hot water for 4 hours.
Sugar 375 gm 2. Now take out the water and mix sugar in same water and prepare
Melon seeds 1 tbsp sugar syrup.
Cardamom powder tsp 3. Then add salt, red chili powder and plum. Mix well.
Salt 1 pinch 4. Now add red color, cardamom powder and melon seeds, mix well and
Red chili powder 1 pinch cook for a while.
Red color 1 pinch 5. When it comes to boil then remove the flame.
6. Delicious plum chutney is ready to serve.
