Abstract:

This project deals with the complete

process of manufacturing of a boiler. It also
includes testing and quality control of the boiler.
Many commercial and industrial facilities use
boilers to produce steam or hot water. Boilers are
typically major uses of energy any person involved
in energy management should know how the boiler
works and how the performance of the boiler is
improved. For manufacturing of a boiler the
material used undergoes various processes such as
welding , drilling , turning , and various non
destructive tests.
