Energy Efficiency Incentive Agreement

Disclaimers: Orcas Power & Light Cooperative (OPALCO) hereby disclaims any and all implied warranties (including but
not limited to implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) and shall not be responsible for
any representation or promise with respect to the equipment, materials or labor required for the installation of energy
efficiency measures on the premises, or the cost of such equipment, materials and labor.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
1. Available to OPALCO residential members. Single family residences, manufactured homes and multi-unit buildings
with four units or less are eligible. Residential structures must be in a habitable condition with a primary electric heat
source. All structures must be on an OPALCO residential electric rate and have an active residential account.
2. Homeowners are responsible for complying with all applicable codes and regulations.
3. Customers doing the work themselves (without using a licensed contractor) may be subject to inspection by an
OPALCO Energy Advisor at no charge prior to payment of incentives.
4. Incentives less than $100 are applied as a credit to the member’s account; greater than $100 are paid directly to the
member/homeowner by check.
5. OPALCO reserves the right to inspect energy efficiency measures prior to payment and will
coordinate inspection as applicable.
6. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and payment of incentives.
