SUBJECT : SCHEDULE OF UPDATES/UPLOADING OF LAWIN FOR

FOREST AND BIODIVERSITY PROTECTION SYSTEM
PATROL DATA TO SMART CONNECT

This is in connection with the recently conducted workshop on pilot testing of SMART connect
at N-Hotel, Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City last January 12-13, 2017. During the workshop, it
was observed that the common cause that hinders the uploading of LAWIN patrol data to
SMART connect was the simultaneously uploading of the said data between the concerned data
managers of the CENROs/PENROs.

In order to correct/ avoid the said disruption and to give considerable time in the data
consolidation/ synchronization of the PENRO/Regional, the following schedule shall be
followed/complied, to wit:

OPERATING SCHEDULE OF REMARKS

UNITS UPLOADING
All CENROs/Pas Every 20th of the month - For uploading to SMART connect
All PENROs Every 22nd of the month - For uploading to SMART connect

Likewise, all PENRO Data Managers/Analyst are advised to update and uploaded changes to
SMART connect using their respective account after all the CENRO Data Managers within their
AORs had already uploaded their data to the SMART connect to avoid any conflict/interruption.
