2. Manufacturing

Suspend aciclovir and Kollidon CL-M in the solution of the

other compo- nents under vigorous stirring.

3. Properties of the solution


Colour ................................................white Relative

sediment volume after 14 days ......96 %

Redispersibility after 14 days......................easy

4. Remarks

The substitution of Kollidon 30 by Kollidon 90F gives a

more compact sediment.

The deletion of citric acid gives a much more compact

sediment.

The substitution of citric acid by sodium citrate impairs

strongly the redispersibility.
