5.1 Findings
1. It is found out that duration of association of customers with Shoppers Stop is less
than 6 months
2. It is found out that most of the customers do shopping in Shoppers Stop as per their
needs. It is also found out that some of the customers visit the shop monthly basis.
3. It is found out that most of the customers tend to increase their purchase from a
particular store if they have same loyalty card.
4. Most of the customers agreed that the membership cards are loyalty among them.
5. It is found out that most of the respondents feel that Membership card influences
them for purchasing in convenience store.
6. It is found out that Most of the respondents have Shoppers Stop First Citizenship
Card.
7. Most of the respondents have been a member of first citizenship card since less than 6
months.
8. It is found out that Majority of the respondents are aware of benefits of the First
citizenship card program in Shoppers Stop.
9. It is found out that Most of the respondents strongly agree that Discount is the reason
for opting loyalty card.
10. It is found out that respondents are Strongly Agreed that Special offers is the reason
for opting loyalty card.
11. It is found that respondents strongly agreed that Status symbol the reason for opting
loyalty card.
12. In the study most of the respondents agreed on factors that exchange points reward,
exchange points for benefits and solving Queries in satisfaction way benefits
components of Loyalty program at Shoppers Stop.

5.2 Suggestions
1. There is a need to increase the period of association.
2. There is a need to make strategies to attract customers so that they visit shop on
regular basis.
3. Company should provide special offers to attract customers of Loyalty cards.
4. Some respondents do not have Shoppers Stop first citizenship card there is a need to
make strategies to attract customers to take the Loyalty card.
