There is limited availability so we are accepting reservations on a

first come, first serve basis. Full payment must be made at the
time of booking. We will offer a wait-list option should we re-
ceive any cancellations. If we are able to re-sell we will refund up
to 14 days prior to your arrival day.
No refunds will be issued for any unused package features.
Your entire weekend package price will be donated by the resort
to the FOVSU fund of the Virginia State University furthering
our mission of student excellence and assistance.
Please note: In order to maintain our standard of service, guests
on the Full American Plan are also required to make a reservation
for their preferred dining time. Without a reservation there is no
guarantee that your party will be seated together therefore we
have reserved a section of our dining room for our special group
each night. Dinner will be between 6:30 & 7 pm nightly on tables
of eight. Please note any food allergies and any desire to be seat-
ed with specific couples.
