Romanian Chocolate Cake

Dough

400g sugar
400g water
200 ml of oil
1 tbsp sodium bicarbonate
800g flour

The dough is divided into four, and stretches back a tray. Bake for 5 minutes. The
sheets are baked on the same tray one after another, to have the same size.

Cream

1 liter of vegetable milk


180 g of corn starch
150 g coconut oil
Zest of two oranges
200 g Sugar
250 g cream plant
100g dark chocolate
2 tbsp cocoa
100g ground nuts

Place the milk to boil. Separately, mix starch, cocoa and sugar and dissolve it with
milk. Pour the mixture into the hot milk and keep the fire until thickened.
When cool, beat cream with cocoa butter and then add vegetable cream, walnuts
and melted chocolate.

Add the cream all over the sheets. On top sheet, pour chocolate and choose how to
decorate. The cake can be eat after 24 hours.
