EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

It is well evident that work experience is an indispensable part of every professional course.
In the same manner practical training is must for each and every individual who is
undergoing management course. Without the practical exposure one cannot consider himself
or herself as a qualified capable manager.

During the project period student can learn through his own experience, the real situation of
market and corporate world and to put his theoretical knowledge into practice. Hence to fulfil
the requirement, I have completed my 7 Weeks Internship at Lobel Solar Power System. on
the topic To study customer satisfaction level and feedback to a product range for Lobel
solar power system.

To measure the satisfaction level for Lobel Solar Power System products in its existing
customers and their response for LSPS product range for solar device, the whole population
is divided in two sectors. Those are (1) Domestic (2) Industrial . A presentation of these solar
products is given by showing a sample, explaining all the features, range and the price.

The analysis is done on basis of the customers response for Solar Products about its features,
range, aesthetics and price and for the all switchgear products which they have used about its
quality, user friendliness, technical support and service.

In this way, by this project it can be known whether the customers will accept this product
range or not. The satisfaction level of existing customers is being measured. The preferences
among various makes is taken so that the market position of LSPS can be known as per
customers point of view and also their suggestions to make LSPS products more suitable for
them.
