The following comments are from a Matrix Member Representative who received a
call on the Matrix Member Feedback Line from a member who was recently seen by
Ken.

The member said she was so impressed by Ken and his

demeanor he made her feel like she was the only person in the
world. Never in her 82 years had she met a better medical
professional. She said, If you know someone who is unhappy,
send Kenneth to see them. Hes a wonderful human being. And
she said she loved the assessment and the information (the
Patient Health Summary) she received afterward.
