Classroom Pet Permission Slip

Dear Parents,
Our class has some exciting news! We are now
the proud owners of a class pet. We now have three different
freshwater fish joining our class. Like all pets, they require care
and attention. I believe that these fish will make a great addition
to our class and aid in our science lessons as well as teach every
student the importance of responsibility. If you want to allow your
child to interact with our pet fish, meaning they can observe them
and help feed them, please fill out the permission slip at the
bottom of the page. Understand that I will not be able to allow
your child to help care for our pet without your written
permission. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel
free to contact me directly.
