To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Allison Rainwater for four years. We met Allison at Huskython, a
fundraiser for Connecticut Childrens Medical Center at the University of Connecticut.
Allison was the Team Leader for the UCONN Marching Band Team at Huskython.
This event invites children who have had life threatening illnesses or conditions as
their guests. Each child has a team of UCONN students. My son, Josh, was chosen
as the Miracle Child for the Marching Band Team. Allison and her team entertained
Josh each year at this event and made him feel that he was the most important
person in the world. She is so caring and supportive while working with children.

She has a way of inspiring others to get involved in activities that they might not
otherwise attempt. Over the past few years Allison inspired more and more UCONN
Band members to join this Huskython team. The team has grown from about 15
members to over 50 members. They have raised more and more money each year.

Josh also was in Marching Band at his High School. Allison created several
opportunities for Josh to join the UCONN Band during rehearsals. Because of her
inspiration, Josh created a fundraiser for Connecticut Childrens Medical Center at his
High School raising almost $10,000 in the past 3 years. She has also inspired
Josh to pursue a career as a High School Band Teacher. He is now in college
working on a degree in Music Education.

I would highly recommend Allison for any position she applies for. She will always be
a true asset to any team she works with.

Sincerely,
