Globally, industries across sectors are experiencing fundamental transformation in their business models. Organizations are challenged by
pressures to reduce cost and improve co-ordination, quality and outcomes. For them to better manage their businesses, they need to
ensure that all activities are aligned to market place, strategy and competencies.

In this Point of view, we will focus on the need to design solutions that not only has relevance today but also has a foreseeable future. The
need to categorically differentiate between problem and a symptom would be stressed upon while designing solutions as they make huge
impact in the final end product. We will look at various Project Management methods that helps in stimulating co-creation and involves
proactive engagement of the customers in different phases of project life cycle and contributes project success.
