    PEACH is a community group in Custom House with hundreds of members across the area. Their aim is to make positive change in the community and put Custom House on the map. They are run entirely by local people, for local people. PEACH has produced an Alternative Regeneration Plan for Custom House created by the community itself after holding workshops where 170 people attended and listening to what residents said regeneration must stick to. The community wants regeneration to address problems, function as a neighborhood, work financially for both the council and community, directly improve lives of current residents, have community control, genuine affordability, spread benefits, protect and support the community, value what's already there, and ensure long-term investment.
