As a part of our study of Dental Hygiene, we will be taking a field trip to the Dentist Office. We will
leave shortly after school starts, and we will take a bus together to Dr. Hosmers Office. We will be
riding on the Hammond Central School bus. Please sign and return the bottom of this page. You can
keep the top part for your reference.
