SUSPECT/S: 1. CHILMAR VILLAGANTOL Y HEWE, aka Taba, male, 31 y/o,
born on April 10, 1984 in Surigao del Norte, live-in partner,
delivery boy and presently residing at Purok 9, PNR Site,
Western Bicutan, Taguig City. Suspect of RA 10591; 2. SATAR
CAMANSA Y LACMAN aka Tar, male, 46y/o, born on February
2, 1969 in Sultan Kudarat, married, security guard and
presently residing at Purok 7, PNR Site, Western Bicutan, Taguig
City. Suspect of RA 9165 (ALL ARRESTED)
BRIEF: Initial investigation disclosed that at about 11:30 pm of April 10,
2017, elements of PCP-1 Taguig City Police Station led by PSI
CESAR ESPEJO together with the Barangay Security Force of
Western Bicutan, Taguig City conducted anti-criminality
campaign (OPLAN GALUGAD) at Purok 9, PNR Site, Western
Bicutan, Taguig City that resulted to the arrest and seizure of
P1- the following pieces of evidences to wit; a. Three (3) plastic
14567 sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected
and to be shabu marked as SCL-01-04-10-17, SCL-02-04-10-17 and
09406 SCL-03-04-10-17 all with signature recovered from Satar
Camansa and b. One (1) cal. 38 revolver without serial number
w/ three (3) pcs live ammunitions marked as CHV-01-10-04-17,
CHV-02-10-04-17, CHV-03-10-04-17 CHV-04-10-04-17 with
signature recovered from Chilmar Villagantol while in their
possession. Suspects and seized evidences were brought to this
office for documentation and referred to SDEU for investigation

BRIEF: Initial investigation disclosed that on the given date, time and
place of occurrence suspect was caught in the act shopilfted the
recovered evidence like One (1) pc. Nivea White & Repair UV
P7- Body Lotion 400 ml worth of P309.75, One (1) pc. Cleene Ethyl
Alcohol 70% Solution 500 ml worth of P66.75, One (1) pc. Lock

& Lock Sports Water Bottle 700 ml worth of P379.75, Two (2)
and pcs. Snow Bear Menthol Ball Candy worth of P79.00 and Three
09407 (3) pcs. Bounty Fresh Medium Premium Eggs 12s worth of
P258.00 with the total cost of all stolen items of P 1,093.25
more or less. Suspect was brought to this office to file
appropriate charges and turned over to IDMS for proper
