Message

My warm greetings to the School Officials,

Teachers, Parents, other Stakeholders, and
most especially the Graduating Students
and or Completers on this memorable
occasion the Closing Ceremonies SY
2016-2017.

The Closing Ceremonies for this year

centers on the theme: Sabay-Sabay na
Hakbang Tungo sa Maunlad na
Kinabukasan. To quote the Secretary of
Education, Leonor Magtolis Briones, This
theme highlights the importance of the
concerted endeavor and collaborative efforts
of the stakeholders and learners in
achieving the shared vision of quality,
accessible, relevant and liberating basic
education for all. It emphasizes the
significance of unity in forging a better and
progressive future for the Filipino youth.

Indeed, the school is not alone in its quest of providing worthwhile and meaningful basic
education to our children. Civic-spirited people and groups, the Local Government Units, the
parents, the community and other non-government organizations, both local and foreign, they,
too, have their stake in the development of our young people. Without them the various needs
of our schools would not have been met. To them we are most grateful. Their valuable
contribution towards realizing that shared vision is a tangible proof that indeed it takes a
village to educate a child.

Dear graduates/completers, the efforts afforded by the people around you and your hard work
all added up to the success that you are enjoying right now. Nothing comes from nothing, so
somewhere along your academic journey you must have done well or you wouldnt be reaping
the laurels. My warmest congratulations to all of you. I hope to see you all stepping up to the
next rung of the educational ladder.

My deepest appreciation and gratitude to the teachers and school administrators for yet
another bountiful harvest this school year. May God reward you abundantly.

For everything we undertake, to God be the glory!

WILFREDA D. BONGALOS, Ph. D., CESO VI
