ELIGIBILITY: Artists eighteen years and older are eligible. All photos must be SASi member: Y N
original, and taken on the KM Gateway Trail within the last two years. All photos
must remain for the duration of the exhibit. This is a judged exhibit.

SALES and PRICING: SASi and KMGT will retain 30% Commission from all Address ______________________________________

SPECIFICATIONS: Color or Black and White photography accepted. Photos must be City, St, Zip ____________________________________
printed on 8 x 10 (minimum) up to or 16 x 20 (maximum) photo paper and be framed
(wired on back to hang) or mounted and matted with a border for display.
LABELING: Fill out labels provided below and put on back of work.

LIABILITY: Neither SASi nor KMGT accepts any responsibility for loss or damage of
artwork. Concerned artists should provide their own insurance coverage. SASi and
KMGT reserve the right to decline any works that do not meet our standards or Entry # filled out by SASi Entry #_____
specifications and to withdraw any work from the exhibition at its discretion.
SASi and KMGT reserve the right to photograph and reproduce any entry submitted for
educational, marketing, and publicity purposes. Entry in the exhibition constitutes Title ___________________________________________
