I love weekends no school! On Saturday mornings I get up late at about nine oclock. If I have a
friend to stay for a sleepover on Friday night, then we sometimes get up very late!
I like watching the childrens programmes on TV in the morning. They have great music and easy
competitions with fantastic prizes.
Then I usually have a shower. If it isnt raining, I go for a walk with my friends usually to the city
centre. We like going to the shopping centre. We look at the shops and at the boys, too!
Sometimes we sunbathe in front of the centre.
We have lunch at about one oclock. If Im with my friends, we buy sandwiches, crisps and drinks
and sit on the wall outside the shopping centre.
In the afternoon, we go to the beach in the summer. If its hot, we swim and surf. If not, we just
sunbathe and play. Sometimes we have barbecues with my family and friends. I love that.
In the winter, I do ballet or go to art classes or piano classes. Sometimes I go swimming. Theres
a great pool in Brighton. Or I go for long walks with my parents. Thats fun sometimes. If its raining,
I surf on the Internet or read books and magazines. I love Top of the Pops magazine. Its great.
And sometimes I tidy my room. I dont like doing it, but its OK because its nice when its tidy.
We have dinner about eight oclock. After that, I listen to a CD, or I play with my little brother.
Hes only six but hes OK usually! I go to bed about ten or half past ten at night.
