Dear Mr. Doe:

Thank you for your participation in the committee we have set up for this Thursday. In this
committee you will be given a brief synopsis of a project that is underway and you will answer a
few questions afterwards. When responding to these questions please answer to your fullest
ability using your own thoughts. We have gathered a group of people with many different
background in order to gain the best data possible. Therefore, your answers are very important to
us.

During the committee meeting you will only have five minutes to thoroughly answer the
questions brought to your attention. In order to get your entire thought out please keep in mind
we do not care about style, organization, or spelling. Please just get your thoughts down as fast
as possible in order for us to get the most from your input. Also, do not fear criticism for your
ideas; we are collecting all of this information anonymously.

All ideas and opinions given to us will be looked through by our marketing team in order to give
us some ideas on how we can show the world our next big product. If you have a crazy idea on
how to grab our customers attention, then write it down. There are no limits because every idea
is a great one.
