Hello Families,

My name is Dena Siegel, and I will be student teaching in Miss

Schultzs classroom from January 19th- March 10th. I am a Master of
Science in Teaching student at Drake University, and I am earning
endorsements in Reading and Teaching English as a Second Language.

I was born and raised in Urbandale, Iowa. In my free time I enjoy

playing with my dog, reading, and exercising.

I will be working with students in Miss Schultzs class in a variety of

ways, including: small and large group lessons in language arts, math,
social studies, and science. I will gradually increase my responsibilities
in the classroom, and conduct lead teaching for two weeks. I am very
excited to teach and learn with your children!
