Sport-A-Thon is ON! Kick-off for this years fundraiser was on Wednesday, April 12 in both
athletic periods. Sport-A-Thon information was issued at the Kick-off. Parents, please review
this information with your athletes as they begin collecting pledges and donations. The Sport
-A-Thon occurs every Spring to raise funds for Championship Trophies, District Banners,
Uniforms, Equipment, Field Maintenance, Among Other Expenses. The athletes will
compete in several events and earn your donations. Cash and Checks are accepted or you
may use your credit card for an online donation. Please click here for Online Donations. Our
Sport-A-Thon event will be held on Thursday, April 20 from 3:45 pm-5 pm.
7 on 7 and Lineman Camp rosters have been submitted and each teams coach will be in
contact with their team for practice days and times. Please click here for 7 on 7 and

2017-2018 Boys Athletic Parent Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 4, from 6 pm-7 pm
in the Main Gym.
The Baptist Health System will once again host Athletic Physicals on our campus on
Thursday, May 18. Please mark your Calendars! Details coming soon!
Tiger Nation
Fellowship of Christian Athletes: Our next FCA evening fellowship will be Monday,
April 24, from 7:00 pm-8:15 pm at Johnson HS in the Cafeteria. Speaker: TBA. Athletes,
please bring $2 to defray the cost of pizza and drinks. Please click here to fill out the FCA
Form.
Johnson Football: Future Jaguar Football parents, there will be a parent meeting on
Monday, April 17, at 7:00 pm in the Johnson HS auditorium. This is an informative
meeting for parents, athlete attendance is optional.
Johnson HS Football Lift-A-thon, Friday, April 21 in the JHS gym. Freshmen at 5:30 pm, varsity
at 6:30 pm. All are welcome!
The Johnson Athletic Booster Club will hold its middle school introductions meeting on
Monday, May 1, at 7:30 pm in the JHS auditorium. All future Jags that will be playing
sports at JHS next year and their parents are encouraged to attend. This is a great time to
meet all the head coaches and learn about the booster club and ways to transition into high
school sports.
