Re: Project 2

For Project 2 I plan to develop an informational and persuasive presentation directed at my

audience, Intermountain Healthcares Management Committee. I will be creating the
presentation as though Human Resources has approved my Project 1 proposal to create a new
job position within my department at LDS Hospital, and they have asked me to create a
presentation for the Management Committee, proposing the creation of that job for other
departments within Intermountain Healthcare.

For Project 2 I will be learning how to use PowerPoint to create a slideshow presentation,
including how to design my own template, and how to insert image files. Before creating my
PowerPoint, I will do as writingcommons.org suggests, and plan my presentation first, ensuring I
am confident in the information I want to share, the points I wish to make, and, of course, what I
wish to accomplish with my presentation.
