3. What are your goals and objectives for this lesson?


My goal was to introduce the causes leading up to the Civil War
2. What are some specific things you would like observed?
Specific things I would like observed would be how well I gave the lesson, if my
instructions were clear, if the lesson was too long/short, if my pace was steady or too fast, if my
language was appropriate for the age/grade level,and what I could work on to make the lesson
better.

3. Strengths to continue to build on:
You gave them good grade level information in the powerpoint.
The grouping of students worked well, and they moved through the statins
successfully.
You handled students you felt left out or uncomfortable very well. Having copies
of the pages for them to work on individually helped ensure that everyone was included.
4. Suggestions for future lessons:

If you see that they are given too much time for an assignment, dont be afraid to
shorten their time. You can adjust the lesson as it goes on
