Dear Mr. Smithson
The really successful office manager is one who operates a well-organized, efficient
office and gets maximum effectiveness out of both staff and equipment. Cheryl Clark,
office manager of General Equipment Co., supervises a large staff and utilizes a
systematic approach in handling the large volume of paperwork.
While we do not claim Cheryl has all the answers, her office system may be one of the
most advanced in the state. She is willing to share her experience with other office
managers. After ten concentrated hours of demonstrating and explaining her entire
office operation, she will allow plenty of time to answer questions and discuss solutions
to problems common to office managers.
The seminar will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, August 4, in Ms. Clarks office at 1412
West 17 Street, Rochester, New York. A group dinner is included in the tuition fee. The
workshop will continue until about 8:30 p.m. on Friday evening. It will resume at 8:30
a.m. on Saturday, August 5, and conclude about 12:30p.m.
In order to ensure maximum effectiveness, enrollment is limited to 20 participants. The
Association will accept the first 20 registrations received with a cheque enclosed for the
$250 tuition fee. Each participant will receive a manual consisting of valuable guides
and outlines. During the program, other materials may be passed along to you by Ms.
Clark.
We have offered this workshop several times in the past. The response has been very
enthusiastic. Therefore, we urge you to act quickly if you are interested.
