Teachers Letter to Parents

Dear Parent or Guardian,

The purpose of this letter is to introduce myself as the Spanish teacher

of your child at Desert Vista High School this school year of 2016-2017.
I love learning about the Spanish language and culture everyday and I
like sharing my excitement to learn about it in my classroom. My idea
of teaching the language is by exposing my students into an only
Spanish speaking class as much as I can, for them to retain the content
as much as possible. When your child enters my class, it is guaranteed
for them to learn something new every day about the language or
culture. The main goal of my course is for my students to be able to
read, write, and speak Spanish by the end of the school year.

There is additional information about the class is in the syllabus

attached below. Please make sure you read the syllabus and sign the
last page to indicate your understanding and support to the classroom
rules and expectations. Students are to turn in the last page of the
syllabus with your signature in order to proceed with the course.
