Teachers Letter to Parents regarding an Issue

Dear Parent or Guardian,

The purpose of this letter is to inform you about the incompleteness of

work that your child has been showing in my classroom. Steven has
not been turning in any of the assigned homework for the past month.
His in-class work is always incomplete no matter how short and simple
the assignment can be.

All students are expected to turn in all assignments on time. Students

are given the opportunity to make up work for a better grade at
anytime before or after school. I believe that Stevens careless
behavior is due to the fact that he is not participating in any sports at
the moment, which means he doesnt have a purpose to keep his
grades up.

Steven is a smart student regardless of the situation. I am sure that

after communicating this issue with him hell be back on track. Please
make sure he returns the attached document with your signature to
indicate your support towards the issue addressed.
