A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NEW AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES

FOR THE BANK ACCOUNT OF TANTANGAN INSTITUTE,

INCORPORATED WITH THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPIINES -
MARBEL BRANCH UNDER ACCOUNT NUMBER

Whereas, Pursuant to the letter from the School Administrator, Mrs.

_______, transferring to the Bishop of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente
(IFI) Diocese of Koronadal, the full administration and control over
Tantangan Institute, Inc., a meeting was called upon by the Bishop to elect
a new set of Board of Trustees and Officers tasked to assume and take
over the management of the said school pursuant to its Articles of
Incorporation and By-Laws;

Whereas, During the Board of Trustees and Stakeholders Meeting held at

Tantangan Institute, Inc. School Grounds, Municipality of Tantangan, South
Cotabato on April 13, 2017, it was unanimously agreed to have a new set
of officers, thus a change in the set of authorized signatories is imperative
as well as necessary;

Wherefore, Premises considered and on motion of REV. FR. EMER BOY

TAYCO and on unanimous sponsorship, be it;

Resolved, As it is hereby resolved to change the authorized signatories of

the account of Tantangan Institute, Incorporated with The Landbank of the
Philippines - Marbel Branch under account number _____________ and
thereby designating RT. REV. REDEEMER YANEZ, Chairman,
____________________, Secretary and ________________, Treasurer as
new official signatories effective immediately;

Resolved Further, That any of the two out of the authorized signatories
could effect withdrawals from the said account;
