I, Edric Cyril M. Araneta, currently a student of the Polytechnic University of the
Philippines taking up Bachelor of Science in Architecture, is required by the academe to propose
an architectural theses as a partial fulfilment for the program.
In lieu with this, I hereby request a softcopy of the following documents of your humble
office to serve as aid for the said proposal:
Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP), if any
Comprehensive Investment Plan (CIP), if any
Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP), if any
Local Zoning Ordinance/s, if any
Zoning Map, if any
Other supporting documents in case needed, i.e. Certificate of Tax Declaration, etc.
Rest assured any of the files requested will be solely used for academic purposes
only and nonetheless and will be used only by the signatory will not be shared.
