ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

SY 2016 2017

For the 1st Quarter of SY 2016 - 2017, we had been reached a total number of twenty-three
(23) engagements, trainings and rehearsals.

For the 2nd Quarter, we had been reached a total number of 18 engagements, and rehearsals.

For the 3rd Quarter, we had been reached a total number of 14 engagements, and rehearsals.

For the 4th Quarter, we had been reached a total number of 15 engagements, and rehearsals.

We had been rendered special service to the following events:

l. September 16, 2016 Appointed the Grade Level Coordinators
m. September 17, 2016 The SHA Band Constitution had been revised
n. September 19, 2016 Appointed the Instrument Department Coordinators
o. October 3, 2016 Again, we had made recordings of Lupang Hinirang, Santa Maria Hymn,
and SHA Hymn
p. October 8, 2016 Lists of Scholars and Trainees had been announced
q. October 17, 2016 Members personal data had been gathered
r. October 18, 2016 We conducted an orientation to Grade 7 students about the proper way of
singing the Lupang Hinirang
s. October 19, 2016 We distributed letters to the parents informing them about the SHA Band
Scholarship Guidelines

Membership Update:
a. As of last July 2016, the total number of our members was sixty-six (66)
b. As of last November 2016, the total number of our members was sixty-two (62) members.
Four (4) of it had decided to quit in our organization for the reason that they chose to take the
regular Music class.
c. As of January 27, 2017, the total number of our members was fifty-eight (58). Three (3) of
our members had been terminated for committing offenses in the SHA Student Handbook,
while the other one (1) had been decided to withdraw her membership and take regular
Music classes.
