Philosophy Creating an atmosphere with high energy and a positive attitude is essential for a successful learning
environment. The classroom environment should be a safe space where students want to ask questions, share
ideas, and are not afraid to take risks. With the teacher acting as a guide, students can let their natural curiosity
direct the learning in the classroom. This type of classroom environment allows students to gain an
understanding of the material through inquiry while building confidence, motivation, and a desire to achieve.
