Riva can install your new indoor blinds, simply arrange a
free in home measure and quote through the Special
Orders desk. Alternatively you can complete the order
from using the measuring instructions, found on the back of
the order form, and place your order for DIY installation.
Follow these three easy steps to order your new indoor
blinds:
1. Select your blind style and colour from the display and
brochure that best suits your home and needs
2. Request a free in home measure and quote at the
Special Orders desk; or ll out the order form using the
simple measuring instructions
3. Once your measure and quote or order form is
completed place your order at the Special Orders desk.
Your new indoor blinds will be installed or delivered to
the store approximately 4 weeks from full payment
being received

Double Roller Blind (Day/night)

Combine Blockout and Light Filtering fabrics to achieve ltered daytime light and night
time privacy.
Combinations Blockout fabrics with Light Filtering and Sunscreen fabrics offer a complete
window solution for light, shade, heat control & privacy.
Control each blind separately, each with its own clutch and ball chain. Combine any
accessories after choosing your fabric colour, including bottom rails, clutch and brackets,
and ball chains.
The double roller bracket is ideal for inside mounting if the window frame is 115mm in
depth. If the depth of the frame is smaller it is suggested to mount two single blinds on the
one window; a light lter/sunscreen that is mounted on the inside and a blockout which is
outside mounted.
Essentials, Campania and Tuscany II all carry a 2 year guarantee while the Solar Filter 97
Sunscreen carries a 3 year guarantee. Refer to page 12 and 13 for available fabric

If the double brackets are used on a smaller
depth frame the blind will protrude into the
room. For outside mounted blinds using
double brackets Rolling the front blind fabric
to the back is recommended. This allows the
fabric to sit closer to the wall, leaving less
gap.

the fabric settles (approximately 2 weeks).
It is recommended that Roman blinds are outside mounted.

It is recommended that Roman blinds are outside mounted.

When a Roman blind is fully retracted the fabric of the blind will be approximately 300mm
below the xing point. To ensure maximum exposure of the window it is recommended that the
Roman blind is mounted 300mm above the window opening.
Pull cord Romans are manufactured with a timber head rail.
Ball chain Romans are manufactured with an aluminium head rail.

For all Venetian and Vertical blinds a factory deduction of 10mm is made from the drop measurement to ensure the blind does not drag on the oor or
window frame.
*For 45mm and 50mm Venetians the control side refers to the cords that lift the blind - on the opposite side there will be cords to tilt the blind.

PVC Venetians are much heavier than other venetian types,
the brackets must have a solid xing point.
NOTE: All Venetian Blinds are NOT designed for sliding doors

Aluminium Venetians
are available in width from - 89mm Blades will have a 45mm light gap
310mm to 3000mm, and drop - 127mm Blades will have a 25mm light gap
from 500mm to 3000mm
Therefore a Face xing type is recommended so the track extends past the
window and avoids a light gap.
For Vertical blinds wands will supplied - wand sizes are determined by the drop.
All Vertical blinds when initially installed will appear slightly shorter than
required due to being tightly packaged for delivery, however the blind will drop
when the fabric settles (approximately 2 weeks).

Note: As Vertical blinds require many wall brackets, structural
xing may not be possible - appropriate gyprock anchors must be used.

WARRANTY STATEMENT:
1. Subject to paragraph 3 of this warranty, Windoware Pty Ltd guarantees that all products supplied by Windoware Pty Ltd will be free
defects in components and manufacture for a period of 5 years from date of invoice.
2. Subject to paragraph 3 of this warranty, all goods supplied are guaranteed against faulty material and faulty workmanship and
Windoware Pty Ltd will repair or replace at its discretion products or parts thereof that prove faulty.
3.The warranty does not cover;
a) colour fading of the product or a deterioration in the chemical composition even if it is due to UV exposure
b) damage caused from exposure to an open ame including heat and ames from barbecues
c) over tensioning beyond the product' s mechanical capabilities and/or specications
d) lightning or any unusual weather conditions
e) atmospheric or phytosanitary pollution (algae, moss, etc)
f) animal soiling
g) hanging objects on the cloth, falling objects, shocks, road accidents, vandalism, burning cigarettes or other objects
h) Other costs such as dismantling, transport, re-erection, travelling costs and consequential loss are also excluded from this guarantee
4. Subject to any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Law, Windoware Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or
injury suffered by any person, including the purchaser , arising from the product and its use. In particular , Windoware will not be liable
for any claim made under the following circumstances:
a) if the product has been damaged in any way due to abuse, tampering, modication, neglect, accidental or improper use; and /or
b) if the product has been installed in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturers instructions and warnings
5. Windoware Pty Ltd shall use its best endeavours to pass on to the customer the benet of any warranty it receives in respect of
products or parts thereof supplied to the customer which are not of Windoware Pty Ltd's manufacture, but Windoware Pty Ltd provides
no guarantee and/or indemnity in relation those goods other than set out in this warranty. See website for more information about

6. The benets provided by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies which may be available to the consumer under
Australian law in relation to goods or services to which this warranty relates.
7. All claims under this warranty must be made in writing addressed to Windoware at the address below. Any expense in claiming the
warranty will be borne by the Consumer.
