Read the questions below and write your answers

1. What are classroom learning centers?


They have 7 learning centers which are, reading, writing, audiovisual,
craft, drama, discovery and math. In the reading center, children read
stories related to lessons, in the writing center they have a book that
they write on it after every lesson. Moreover, the audiovisual center is
about images and music; craft center is about several art techniques
that children apply it using their hand's coordination; however, drama
center is about role play activities, and the discovery center is
depending on the children investigation and how they apply the self-
learning process. Further, in the math center students will do counting,
shapes and other activities that related to math concept.

2. What is the purpose of classroom learning centers?


These learning centers aims to develop independent learning of the
children by providing them various of materials in each centers that
they can use it by their own to progress their levels, and they have
their own space to apply their creativity.x

3. What is the role of the students while engaged during learning


centers?
In the learning centers children use their creativity in participating in
the activities that lead to develop their skills and earn knowledge, they
have an opportunity to apply various types of activities that can give
them beneficial experience. For example, in the craft center children
designed a door by doing collage using papers technique.

4. What is the role of the teacher as the students are engaged


during learning centers?
The teacher has an important duty in the learning center is to engage
children to participate in the activities, to observe how they apply the
activities and how they progress their abilities in different aspects.

5. Do you feel it is important to offer tasks that are


developmentally appropriate for all student ability levels? Why
/ Why not?
Yes, the activities that the teacher do it according to children levels will
improve their learning in different aspects, its significant because if
the children did some activities that is higher or lower than their levels
they will not progress their skills and abilities.
