Elucidata is offering summer internships in the field of Data Science & Web Development. We
are a 20 month start-up working to make data-driven workflows the default in medicine
research. You will be working with us on real problems affecting researches at the cutting edge
of drug research.

Elucidata is transforming decision-making processes using data analytics in R&D labs in biotech
and pharma. We build our own products, provide customized solutions, and analyze datasets to
answer questions for metabolomics, genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics among others.

What will you work on?

Elucidata builds algorithms and applications to help scientists analyze & visualize their data.
Depending upon your project, you might be analyzing data sets or building pipelines & custom
libraries. You will be writing code and dabbling into data science problems. Please note that as
a small organization we are unable to make specific commitments about your projects.

What skills do you need?

Please note that we value interest over qualifications. That said, a bare minimum set of
qualifications is necessary.

Programming experience in a language of your choice is a must. We code a lot in Python, JS

and R.
Affinity for and some experience in data science.
Ability to read and interpret journal papers.
Prior demonstrable experience in computational biology is a big-plus.
Prior demonstrable experience in developing a web application or a Python/R library is a
big-plus

Duration: Minimum 10 weeks

Compensation: INR 20k-25k per month
