The Group V was assigned to handle the Part V of the DICT ISSP.

During the
workshop some of the issues and concerns were encountered:
1. Initial submission of ISSP on projects appears to be incomplete
especially on Part V; some had no ISSPs submitted.
2. The details on Part V.C were incomplete (no Physical Targets, Unit
Cost).
3. Different Budget Account Name
4. Revisions/adjustments on Part V.C & D impede the consolidation.
