This document introduces three guest speakers: Dr. Cesar Figueroa, a psychiatrist and medical director; Rev. William Strickland, a pastor specialized in church revitalization and law enforcement chaplaincy; and Elizabeth McQueen, a licensed professional counselor and director of a counseling center, with over 30 years of experience in mental health.

Dr. Figueroa attended the University of Puerto Rico where he
received a degree in neurology. Dr. Figueroa received his psychology training at Eisenhower Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Georgia. Dr. Figueroa is currently a fulltime Psychiatric Hospitalist at Coliseum Medical Center. He is also the Medical Director for the Behavioral and Psychiatric facility here at Coliseum Health Systems. He has been in practice for over 27 years.
Rev. William A. (Chip) Strickland, Jr.
Rev. Strickland is currently the Sr. Pastor of Riverside UMC in
Macon, Georgia. Rev. Strickland graduated from The College of Coastal Georgia in Brunswick with an Associates Degree, Armstrong State University in Savannah with a Bachelors Degree & Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta with a Masters of Divinity. Rev. Strickland has specialized training in Church Revitalization, which is one of his, several passions. Another passion is his Chaplaincy with Law Enforcement. He is a Certified Chaplain with the Georgia Sheriffs Association Chaplains Division and serves as Sheriffs Chaplain, The Georgia Dept. of Natural Resources Chaplain, and Georgia Homeland Security Chaplain. Rev. Strickland currently holds the office of Senior Chaplain for the Georgia Sheriffs Association, Chaplains Division. Rev. Elizabeth McQueen
Elizabeth McQueen is a licensed professional counselor who
currently serves as the Director of Door of Hope Counseling Center here in Central Georgia. Elizabeth has 31 years of mental health experience and received her clinical training at Central State Hospital in Milledgeville, GA and at Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee, Fl. She has a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Care and Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Elizabeth has worked in community mental health, residential addiction treatment, in private practice and as curriculum writer for the Net Institutes Bachelor level training program.
