REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2010-349

AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITIONS OF EXECUTIVE
ASSISTANTS I, n, m AND IV UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY
MAYOR

Sponsored by Councilor Joshua C. Alim, duly seconded by

Councilors Perla S. Zulueta, Rodel F. Agado and Lyndon V. Acap

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2010-040 approving General Fund Supplemental Budget No.
3, for Calendar Year 2010 was enacted and approved on August 11, 201 O;

WHEREAS, Section 1, paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Appropriation Clause provides

funding for the creation of one ( 1) Executive Assistants I to IV, respectively under the Office
of the City Mayor ( to be known as EXECUTIVE ASSIST ANTS) including Salaries & Wages,
Personnel Economic Relief Allowance (PERA), Clothing/Uniform Allowance, Year-End Bonus,
Cash Gift, among others;

WHEREAS, the allocated budget for these executive assistants starts from July 1, 2010 to
December 31, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of

Iloilo, in session duly assembled, that:

!'41J Section 1. - There shall be created four (4) Executive Assistant positions under the Office
of the City Mayor, as follows:

Section 2. - Creation and Effectivity. - Unless otherwise provided by other pertinent

laws and rules on disbursement, the creation of said positions and the disbursement of funds
thereto shall retroactively take effect starting July 01, 2010;

Section 3. - This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
