STDU VIEWER END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This STDUViewer End-User License Agreement is a legal

Agreement between you and Thor Engineering Ltd for STDUViewer.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using and testing STDUtility, you agree to
be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of thi
s agreement, do not install or use STDUtility software.
STDUViewer is fully owned by STDUtility, this license agreement doesn't change t
he ownership.
STDUtility grants You the license to use STDUViewer, free of charge, for evaluat
ion and for noncommercial use, if you accept all the conditions listed in this a
greement. "Use" means loading the product to CPU, memory, and/or other storages
of your computer.
You may not:
1. Use, copy, modify, or transfer copies of STDUViewer except as provided for in
this License.
2. Remove any proprietary notices or labels from STDUViewer.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make derivative works based on ST
DUViewer (except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitte
d by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation).
4. Rent, lease, sublicense or assign STDUViewer or any copy thereof, including a
ny related documentation.
5. Make any attempt to discover the source code of STDUtility software.

NO WARRANTIES.
Thor Engineering Ltd expressly disclaims any warranty for STDUViewer.
STDUVIEWER AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGE
MENT.
THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF STDUVIEWER REMAINS WITH YOU
.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THOR ENGINEERING LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, IN
DIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMA
GES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORM
ATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR OF INABILITY TO US
