PRODUCT USE
MIXING DESIGNS AND PROCEDURES: Rbermesh® 150-12mm
rcro-réiforcement is 2 mechanical, not chemical, process. The
auddkion of Fbermesk® 150-I2mm monehlarent fibres donot
‘Feque ary addeoral water nor other mix design changes at normal
rates. hermesh® 150-I2mm fibres can be added co the moxer
before, during or after batching the other conerere materials. Aer
the addon ofthe bres, the concrete should be mixed for sufcent
time (misimum § minutes at ull ming speed) t0 ensure uniform
Ldstribuion of fibres throughout the concrete
PLACING: Fibermesh® 150-2nan micro-reinforced concrete can be
‘pumped, sprayed or placed using conventional equipment. Hand or
vibratory screeds and laser sereeds can be used with bermesh®
150-I2mm miero-reinforced coneret.
FINISHING: ibermesN® 150-I2mm microsibre reinforced concrete
‘an be finshed by any finishing cechrique. Exposed aggregate,
broomed and tned surfaces are ne problem,
DOSAGE RATE: The recommended dosage rate for Fibermesh®
150-I2mm fre, to achive effective performance, 09 Kx per
cubic mete. For explosive spalling resitance the dosage rae wil be
berween 0:9 hy anc 2g per cubic metre depending on the design

GUIDELINES.
FbermesH® 150-I2mm fbres should not be used to replace
structural load bearing reinforcemene. Fbermesh® 150-12mn fres
should noc be used 45a means of using thinner concrete sections
than original design Flbermesh® 150-I2mm fbres should noe be
‘ued fo increase joint spacing past those dimensions suggested for
Urreinforced concrete.
COMPATIBILITY
Fhermesh® 150-I2mm fres are compatible with all concrete
admoaures and performance enhancing chemi, but require no
sadmiures co work,
SAFETY
No special handing is required with Fibermest® 150-1 2mm Rres.
Fal Material Sfery Data Sheets are valable on request.
PACKAGING
Fbermesh®150-I2mm fibres are avalable in standard 09 kg
degradable paper bags wrich are designed to be placed directly into
‘the concrete mixer without opening. They are alto avalable upon
‘sequest in a variety of pacaghg options to suit application,
Fbermest® 150-L2mm foes are gackaged. packed Inco cartons,
