Activity

This online learning activity will allow for students to cognitively demonstrate
behaviors/activities that promote physical health. The class will start off with the
instructor explaining what physical health is and the activities that the students
themselves can participate in to improve/maintain their physical health. The
students will then take this knowledge and implement it into a website called
https://www.mystorybook.com. The end product will be at least 5 slides of pictures
of physical activities and behaviors that are beneficial towards maintaining physical
health.
 Technology

Technology.

The technology being used is a website called https://www.mystorybook.com. It is

free of cost and will allow for the students to make creative slides with pictures of
the students favorite physical activities and healthy behaviors.

Directions for Use

1) Open the internet.

2) Type in the URL. https://www.mystorybook.com.
3) When u get on the website log in in the top right corner, username:
Nicksig757 and the password is Caputo757!
4) Now you will select create new storybook.
5) From there you will customize your 5 slides one by one however you would
like.
6) When you make your slide title the activity/behavior.
 7) After your slide is titled you can select a background and insert your avatars
and items that pertain to your activity/behavior.
8) You are to repeat this process for 5 slides or more.
9) The last page you make should contain your name and date.

10) When you are completely finished press finish and save your creation!
