Flies game and begin playing it using the
book as a reference.
2. After students have finished playing the
game they will write a discussion board post
titled Lord of the Flies Summary in
Blackboard addressing the following:
a. How did the game summarize the
text?
b. What kind of details are important to
include in a summary?
c. Include a brief two paragraph
summary of the Lord of the Flies.
3. Students will then comment on at least two
of their peers posts leaving feedback on their
brief summaries.
4. The teacher will be available to answer
student questions via email.
5. The teacher will also leave feedback on all of
the discussion board posts.
