CAMP GUIDELINES AND POLICIES
1. Nobody is allowed to join the camp without attending the pre
camp orientation.
2. Nobody is allowed to join the camp without parental consent and
recommendation from his/her PARISH PRIEST.
3. No ID, No Entry.
4. Visitors must wear Visitors I.D.
5. No indecent proposals/dress.
6. No bringing of liquors, deadly instruments (except for kitchen
personnel)
7. No PDA (Public Display of Affection)
8. Cell phones must be turned off during masses and talks (if
caught on/open, to be confiscated and to be returned only when
the camp is over.
9. Nobody must be allowed to go out in the duration of the camp
without permission from the security or General Camp
Coordinator.
10. All who would go out must log in the log book.
11. No littering and vandalism. Anybody caught will be dealt with
accordingly.
12. Everybody is expected to join, attend or participate in all
sessions and activities during the camp.
13. No roaming around during lights off.
14. Cell phones must be in silent mode during lights off.
15. In case of physical ailments/sickness, he should seek clearance
from the medics committee before leaving the camp site and
should be accompanied by the parish coordinator in going home.
16. For the pageant night, no hiring of professional make -up artist.
It must be done by their co-participants only.
17. Every Parish should have their own set of working committees.
(Note: Violation of one of the guidelines and policies is tantamount
to penalties.)
