Evidence Sheet

Guidelines:
Please write 80-100 words as supporting evidence of experience for each bullet point.
The maximum word limit is 100 per answer, therefore utilise them to the max.
As explained each department has a different way of hiring, therefore they may just rely
on the evidence and not actually view your CV, or they could request both.

Remember these points:

1. When candidates are providing evidence they should be factual about the following 3
points:
What the situation / project was? (i.e. which client in each limb of the assertion /
when)
The work the specialist did (i.e. each assertion needs a date / what was achieved)
What the results were (i.e. impact outcome that is relevant to each enquiry)
2. 1 or 2 examples for each Question
3. Evidence must be written in an economic/factual way
4. Do not leave anything blank If you do not have the skills, what is a skills /
technology similar to it?

Essential:

Demonstrable experience of having planned and executed Non-functional test cycles


for Campus Solutions implementations.
Build and maintain appropriate plans.
Build and maintain dashboards detailing KPIs and Metrics for testing progress.
Use of ALM and HP test Suite.
