IV INTERNATIONAL BIBLICAL CONFERENCE

The main theme of the conference in 2017 will be biblical interpretation and translation
studies. The seat of the Research Centre on the History and Culture of the Jews of Southern
Wielkopolska, Forum Synagoga at Raszkowska 21 street in Ostrw Wielkopolski will constitute the
conference venue for our sessions. The conference will be held from 24 to 25 May 2017.
We would like to invite all interested theologians, philologists, historians and other
researchers, who find the subject of biblical commentaries and biblical translation close to their
passion.
You are requested kindly to send abstracts (up to 200 words) in one of the congress
languages or in Polish by 31 March 2017, to the following address: mjozwiak.uni.wr@gmail.com.
The list of speakers will have been announced by 15 April 2017, at the latest. All candidates will be
notified by means of an electronic mail. The conference admission fee is 250 PLN.
