I shouldve listened to my friends n them,

I shouldve just trapped.

I used to want to be great, but everyone

around me was average, so they thought
I could only be average, but I just wasnt
born average.

I used to believe what they said

But now I do what I want
I used to want to be something
But I think Ill just be myself
To me, thats better than what everyone
else said I should be,
Or told me what they thought I would be,
or could be
People used to talk, I used to listen,
Now I only listen to my intuition
People always want to shape your path

but they dont understand that they cant

shape a path that they couldnt walk so if
they would just walk in their own lane and
do their own thing then people could use
their own brain to figure out THEIR life
their own way.
