Mechanical Electrical Scope

Our price to supply, install and commission the mechanical electrical systems for new fire station
exhaust fan is based on our understanding of the documents below:

Scope of Work
Controltech has allowed to electrically modify the existing MSB switchboard to Incorpate additional
electrical submains from original located to the proposed MSSB switchboard. Overhead metal cable
trays will be suspended for the ceiling encasing the newly installed submain cables.

1 x form 1 wall mounted mssb mechanical electrical switchboard

1 x modification to existing MSB to Incorpate additional submains
1 x three phase electrical sub-main
1 x three phase main circuit breaker
1 x three phase exhaust fan with auto/off/manual Ctl at MSSB
12 x lengths of cable tray
Controltech has excluded all scissor hire
electrical Install & commissioning of above equipment

Building Management System (BMS) Scope

Our price to supply, install and commission the standalone Building Management System (BMS) for new
fire station exhaust fan is based on our understanding of the documents below:

Scope of Work
Controltech has allowed to supply and install one only standalone BMS controller to perform
the control stagey of newly installed smoke exhaust fan. Operation of the exhaust fan will be
either by a wall mounted push button with adjusted five minute run on time, once operational
the ambient conditions will be maintained via the wall mounted N02 and C02 sensor for non-
fire situation. However under cash alert situation will smoke exhaust fan will be enabled via the
fire alarm relay and maintenance conditional via the wall sensors

- smoke exhaust fan start/stop command
- smoke exhaust fan status air flow switch
- smoke exhaust fan speed control low level interface
- wall mounted N02 sensor
- wall mounted C02 sensor
- fire alarm input (volt free contacts to be provided be fire contractor)

- wall mounted push button
- standalone BMS control
Controltech has excluded scissor lift hire
electrical Install, programming & commissioning of above equipment

Contract Terms & Conditions

Unless a Customer Account exists or a Credit Application Form is completed and approved,
subsequent to credit checks, Controltech Oceania Pty Ltd will only provide services once a suitable
payment plan or deposit is received in advance.
All pricing is exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST). A GST of 10% shall be applied to all goods and
services.
All goods and services provided are subject to Controltech Oceania Pty Ltd Standard Terms &
Conditions.
All proposals are valid to a maximum of sixty (60) days. Proposals which exceed this validity period
may be subject to change and should be confirmed prior to your acceptance.
This Agreement will only be undertaken by way of an official purchase order.
All payment claims will be made under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment
Act 2002.
This contract shall be performed without retention or bank guarantees.
Unless otherwise specified, our price schedule above is for works to be performed during normal
business hours. Any requirement for these works to be performed outside of normal business hours
shall be subject to additional pricing.

Inclusions and Exclusions
General Inclusions
All wiring will be installed on catenaries, conduits and tray only in plant rooms or where cabling is
exposed in public areas.

General Exclusions
Scissor lift hire
Supply and installation of fire alarm relays
Supply and mounting of variable speed drives.
Items not specifically referred to in our proposal letter.
Monitoring transducers or meters not detailed in the points list and inclusions.
Any hubs, routers, switches, media converters, computer hardware, or Ethernet connection points.
Any configuration works associated with any IT network components.
Works or equipment related to smoke detectors.
Any mechanical work installation.
Harmonic filtering and power factor correction of mechanical plant.
Issuing of work order for fire isolations and security.
Testing Installation with Data Loggers for temperature and humidity.
Building work including, penetrations, core holes, infill panels, sealing, painting, weather proofing
and making good.
Removal of asbestos.
