    Description: Several staff members from the No Bullying Allowed (NBA) Committee attended a refresher
    training on the Olweus program at CES during July 2016. We were then tasked with bringing the information back
    and holding a training for our respective teams during CFIP time in the fall.

    Reflection:
    This was an effective method for members of our committee to revisit the Olweus
    standards and retrain staff. There were new staff members that were not familiar with
    Olweus, as well as veteran staff members that needed a review on the important tenets
    of the program. Overall we were able to condense the important points from the 8 hour
    training and share them within the CFIP meeting time in an efficient manner.
