Hie find the attached logs for SUVT 20KVA for Fibreco Queenstown.The customer co
mplains that after a period of approximately 3 month the ups switch off and drop
the load.A technician has to come a manually boot the ups.The parameter Autosta
rt is set to on.The ups last drop the load on 5 september 2016.The logs recorded
on this day shows "PFC Sychronisation error" and "Inverter sync to bypass erro
r".You advised it could be distortation in input supply.They are two SUVT 20KVA
ups in that room, the other one seems not to be affected at all.I Have opened th
e ups and checked for any obvious defects, all the components seems to be fine.T
he batteries are dated 2012.I recommended batteries to be replaced.The ups is cu
rrently online with no active alarms.I simulated mains failure it hold the load.
The customer need answer as to why it happens so as to provide solution for load
lost in future.
