Sub: Permission for taking excess credit load.

Sir,

With due respect, it is stated that I am doing M.Tech in Civil Engineering. I have
cleared all the theory courses and 7 research credit hours.Now in the 4 th semester I have
registered for 18 credit hours and a non credit course (PGS-501) Technical Writing is only
left.

It, is, therefore requested to permit me to take excess credit load of 2 non credit
hours as mentioned above in the current semester 2011-12(Semester-II) so that I can
complete M. Tech. Programme well in time.
