Im writing to you regarding my interest in the Mother Baby RN position that you offer at Florida
Hospital Tampa. Florida Hospital Tampa provides excellent staff support and training in an environment

Im graduating on May 5th of this year from the University of South Floridas Tampa campus with my
Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I have completed over 600 hours of clinical rotations at your Florida
Hospital Tampa campus, and have gained valuable hands on experiences that I was able to relate back
to the knowledge and skills I learned through my didactic courses.

Over the past two years I have performed my clinical rotations at Florida Hospital Tampa. I have had the
opportunity to rotate through a variety of units, and participate in direct patient care through utilizing
skills such as assessment, medication administration, documentation, and therapeutic communication.
During my last semester I was able to complete 180 clinical hours on the mother baby unit at Florida
Hospital Tampa. Through this experience I was able to grow in my ability to provide safe, holistic care to
mothers and new born babies. I am an eager learner who is enthusiastic about growing through a
position on your team!
